All trainings at the Abhyasa School of Yoga are accredited by the Yoga Alliance and meets international standards and requirements. It allows students to receive an internationally recognisable training certificate.

The 200hr
Teacher Training
This is considered the standard and foundational amount of hours for anyone wanting to train as a yoga teacher. This includes the full curriculum and allows students to be accredited to teach yoga.

foundations

Hatha Yoga
Hatha is the foundation of this training and allows focus on alignment, energetics and intelligent sequencing.
Ashtanga
A dynamic and structured style of yoga, borrows from the tradition of ashtanga yoga, bringing in discipline, tapas and flow.
Restorative
Brings in meditation and restorative yoga to allow for balance and capacity for surrender, relaxation and intuitive development.

Understanding the ways that yoga becomes a way of life, not just what we do on the mat. The school offers students a learning experience that is immersive within the path, practice and philosophy of yoga.
Here on retreat for 30 days you will get the chance to be in a deep learning experience, whilst also having time for integration and to enjoy the natural surroundings.
