Health Data

In line with industry standard practice for yoga teacher training programmes, we may ask you to disclose relevant health information, injuries or medical conditions prior to your participation in training. This is to ensure your safety and the safety of others. This data is treated as sensitive personal data and handled with the highest level of care. It will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for your safety or as required by law.
 

Third Parties We Share Data With

We may share your personal data with the following third parties:

• Stripe — our payment processor, for the purpose of processing training fees securely

• Wix — our website and CRM platform, which hosts our website and stores contact and booking data

• Google — Google Search Console is used for website analytics and may collect anonymised technical data about your visit

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.
 

Data Retention

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. For students who complete a training, we will retain records for a minimum of seven years for legal and Yoga Alliance accreditation purposes. For enquiries that do not result in a booking, we will retain data for up to two years.

Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the following rights:
