FAQ'S
Are there payment plan options?
Yes. We understand that committing to a 30-day immersive training is both a spiritual and a financial decision, and we want the path to be accessible. We offer payment plans that allow you to reserve your place with a deposit and settle the remainder in installments before your training begins. Reach out to our team and we'll walk you through the options together.
Are there scholarships?
We believe this work should be available to those it calls, regardless of circumstance. Abhyasa offers a limited number of scholarships each training cycle for students who demonstrate genuine commitment to the practice and to sharing it forward. Find out more here
How do I get to the venue?
Samasati sits on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast, within a rainforest biological reserve. Most students fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José, Costa Rica, where you will be met by a shuttle to bring you to the venue.
What is included in the price?
Your training includes accommodation for the full 30 days (in the room type you choose — Private Dorm, Private Room, or Casita), all meals, and your complete Yoga Alliance–accredited curriculum, taught by our faculty. Meals are plant-forward by default. A massage and other therapeutic add-ons are available separately.
Can I do the training part-time?
Ourr trainings are designed as immersive residential experiences — the depth of transformation comes, in part, from stepping fully away from daily life and into practice, community, and nature. For this reason, we don't currently offer a part-time track for the certification trainings. If a shorter commitment suits you better, our specialist and continued-development retreats may be a good starting point - coming soon.
